Tara Ell has served as director of worship arts since 2020. She holds a BFA in vocal performance from Carnegie Mellon University and brings a rich background in the arts to her ministry, including years in the classroom as a music teacher and on the stage in musical theater and opera productions across the country.

Tara has always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and faith. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus through music, visuals, and story while equipping others to do the same.

ara has been married to her husband John for 19 years and together they’re raising two teenagers, Theo and Miles. When not at church you can find Tara cheering for her boys on the soccer fields.
