Amy has served as the custodian of Midland Nazarene since 2013 and is a life-long member of the church. A graduate of H.H. Dow High School and native of Midland, she formerly worked as an executive secretary for a local radio station and as a paraprofessional for Midland Public Schools.

Amy married her husband Fred in 1993 after six years of dating, and they have been together for nearly 40 years. She is the mother of four adult children: Andrew, Bradley, Catherine, and Jillian.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys traveling around Michigan, spending time with her family, and babysitting her granddaughter.
